A Gentle Grounding Pause

Take a moment to pause.

If you can, place your feet on the floor and notice the support beneath you.
Take a slow breath in through your nose… and let it out gently through your mouth.

Now, quietly notice:

  • 3 things you can see

  • 2 things you can feel (the chair, the floor, your breath)

  • 1 thing you can hear

There’s nothing to change or fix.
Just notice.

When you’re ready, take one more soft breath and remind yourself:

I am here. I am safe enough. I matter. ❤️
